Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

  • Standard UK delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided (where applicable).

No Refund Policy

  • Please note that all sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • This applies to change of mind, incorrect shade/colour choice, or any other reason not covered under “Damage or Incorrect Items.”

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used.

Damage or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.

  • Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once handed over to the courier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Allergy Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend performing a patch test prior to use.

PLEASE NOT THAT BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR POLICIES. CHARGEBACKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL RESULT IN CUSTOMER BEING BANNED FROM FUTURE ORDERS.
